So those are the posts copied from my family blog. They were a "Day in the Life" sort of thing. Just thought that would be someplace to start. Two things coming up are:

Hey, how do you feel about diet drinks? Diet Coke? You think think cause probs losing weight even though they are "diet?" Oh, and this will post as Tracey since I'm on her computer, but it's Gretchen asking. :)
I want to ask about cereals. Are the healthy ones better than the sugary ones?? Like grape nuts verses fruity pebbles.
I'm so happy that you are doing this! I've been wanting to start eating healthier and start exercising more and I'm glad that I will have this blog to get tips off of. What are some ways to make vegetables taste good? Also, what is better for you: Fruits or Vegetables? Thanks!
I would like to start to eat better, but I have to start small. I love meat (red meat). I also love starches. I hate lettuce/salads and salad dressings. Are there small changes I can make and still see results? I do like veggies (carrots/corn/broccoli etc). Thanks for starting the blog.
